Nothing upfront

Opening a claim and checking your entitlement cost nothing. There is no deposit, no subscription and no hidden charge.

Nothing if we lose

If your claim is unsuccessful you pay nothing at all — even if the dispute reached a court. The financial risk is ours.

A fee only on success

Our commission is deducted from the money we recover. You see the calculation, with VAT shown separately, before you are paid.

The comparison

Doing it yourself, versus us

Questions about our fees

When exactly is the fee taken?
Only once the airline has paid and we transfer your compensation to you. The fee is deducted from the money we recover; it is never invoiced separately.
What if my claim is unsuccessful?
You pay nothing. We work on a no-win, no-fee basis, and that includes cases that go all the way to court.
What is the 14% solicitor’s surcharge?
Where a case has to be passed to our contract lawyers and enforced through a court, a statutory solicitor’s surcharge of 14% applies — again only in the event of success.
Why is there VAT on the fee?
The success fee is a service fee and carries VAT at the applicable rate. It is shown separately so you can see exactly what has been deducted.
