Withdraw from contract

Your right to withdraw

Where you are a consumer who concluded the contract remotely, you have the right to withdraw within fourteen days of concluding it, without giving a reason. Use the model withdrawal form or simply tell us clearly by email or post.

How to exercise it

• Email — service@flightright.com, with your name, address and the claim reference.
• Post — Flightright GmbH, Revaler Straße 28, 10245 Berlin, Germany.

If enforcement has already begun

If you ask us to begin work before the withdrawal period ends — which is the usual case, because you want the claim enforced promptly — and you then withdraw, you owe a proportionate amount for the work already done. That amount is never more than our success fee would have been, and you never pay anything at all if nothing was recovered.

Consequences

Once a withdrawal is effective we stop acting for you. Any compensation already recovered is accounted to you, less the fee proportionate to the work performed up to that point.
