Accessibility statement
Our commitment to making this website usable by everyone, the standard we aim for, and how to tell us about a barrier you encounter.
Last updated October 2026
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to check a claim and follow it through, regardless of disability or the technology they use. We aim to meet Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 across this site.
What we have done
- Semantic headings and landmarks, so screen readers can navigate by structure.
- Text and interactive elements sized and coloured for adequate contrast.
- Every form control has a visible, associated label.
- The site works with keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator throughout.
- Images carry alternative text, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
Known limitations
Some charts and the index table are visual by nature. Where that is the case we provide the same information as text or in a data table, and we continue to improve this.
Tell us about a barrier
If you meet a barrier on this site, please write to service@flightright.com and describe what you were trying to do. We will respond, and we will fix what we can.
