Revolutionising conventional legal practice
Since 2010 we have offered digital, straightforward and transparent legal assistance — with no cost risk to the consumer. What used to mean a solicitor’s office and a long wait now takes minutes on a phone.
We programmed our own database of more than 80 million records, updated daily: strikes, weather, new court decisions and flight data from across Europe. It recognises within seconds whether a passenger is entitled to compensation. The only part the customer sees is the calculator.
As soon as we receive a passenger’s authorisation, we start enforcing the claim against the airline. That automated service has changed the legal-tech industry, because it encourages passengers to check and assert claims they would otherwise abandon.
